Just heard this new song from The Spill Canvas. They are a band Derek turned me on to the other day. This new one is called “Don’t Let Your Enemies Become Friends,” and while I’m with lots of people that the verses are better than the chorus, it’s still quite great. Here is the youtube video.

I realize it’s been a while since I posted here, and because every post that I’ve ever written that starts like that follows up with an appology, I’ve decided to spare you and I the effort of reading/writing (respectively) said appology. I’ll assume you know I’m sorry, and you can assume… Well, whatever you want. Because we all know the thing about AssUMe-ing.
Anyway, I’ve been working on a few things today to get a little bit of a redesign up on the blog. Hopefully it doesn’t look like “I just installed wordpress, and all I’ve done on it is post 3 sentences a day about the music I like.” I know that’s pretty much the entirity of the substance contained within these (now immaculate) pages, but we don’t need to convey that straight-off-the-bat. And I’m going to need the new sense of beauty I’ve instilled in this dead website, as there are a few things I’ll be doing in the near future that will probably draw more traffic here. So… Look forward to that.
Anyway, I’m off to do whatever I do (like fix some of the stuff in the sidebar, for one). Tomorrow’s project is a little bit of cleanup on the Right V. Real website.

So… Let me tell the story of this choice, as I’m sure it requires explination. Daniel, Adam, Derek, and I took a wonderful trip down to Chicken Fil-A today for a fantastic meal. Anyway, on the way, Daniel and I started singing this song. I hadn’t heard it in years… Well, I just went to listen to it, and, Gasp! It’s not actually bad. And by that, I mean that the production is really really cool. So, in an omgwtfareyouserious turn of events, I present today’s pick: “Pop” by Nsync.
